Delivery
  • We use Australia Post, Couriers Please & TNT for dispatch of freight.  A signature will be required on delivery. Business hours delivery only.
  • All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment and you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
  • Collection is available from our office at 9 Bilston Street Stafford Q 4053 8.30am to 3.30pm week days or by appointment.
  • OBriens Automatic Systems is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods – insurance is available on request.
  • Using reliable couriers we rarely experience any problems, please contact us should you require any information or assistance.
Returns

Return policy details: If the item does not correspond with the description, or is dead on arrival, we are happy to refund the purchase price or exchange the unit. Please call 07 3356 2752 to arrange a returns authorization number.  All goods must be returned via registered couriers, post or direct to our office at 9 Bilston Street, Stafford Q 4053

Why do we gather information?
We use information we collect from your order to answer enquiries and to inform you of offers and discounts we may have from time to time.  You may unsubscribe at any time. Simply send an email to obriens@obriensautomatic.com with unsubscribe.


What information do we gather?
Through our web site when you fill in a form we collect the following: your name, telephone, e-mail address, and other relevant information. Also when you register to subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name, e-mail address to forward that service to you.

 

OBriens Automatic Systems will take reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information we hold about you is kept secure at all times.We limit access to your personal information to employees that need it to carry out the service we provide.  Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of clients' and website visitors' personal data.  

Our website has policies, rules and measures in place to protect the visitor's personal data from:

  • Unauthorised access;
  • Improper use;
  • Alteration;
  • Unlawful or accidental destruction; and Accidental loss.

This site uses the SecurePay system to provide security and privacy for you our customer. Your credit card details go directly to securePay and are not recorded by us. This minimises the disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to the transaction.

  • SecurePay's Payment Servers take advantage of Firewall protection and IP restriction, limiting server access only to trusted parties.
  • Transaction data, including customers' credit card details, sent between SecurePay clients and the SecurePay Payment System is encrypted using 1024-bit PKI encryption, which is considered realistically unbreakable.
  • Secure data entered into the SecurePay website is also encrypted using a 128-bit SSL certificate provided by VeriSign.
  • Customers' credit card numbers are never openly stored within the SecurePay System. Transaction data is stored with a truncated PAN-- an abbreviated version of the credit card number --so that merchants can still distinguish transactions, while full credit card details are never stored.
  • SecurePay encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except SecurePay's Payment Server.
  • SecurePay uses a 128-bit digital server certificate provided by Comodo. This level of encryption is currently considered realistically unbreakable
