Residential Clients are required to confirm a service call booking with credit card details.

 

Commercial Clients are able to book a service call by faxing or emailing an official purchase order in most cases.

 

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance programs are available for all of the following equipment:

  • Automatic Sliding, Swing and Bi-folding automatic door operators
  • Automatic Gate Systems
  • Boom Gate Systems
  • Turnstile Systems

O'Briens Automatic Systems are able to service and maintain most brands of equipment.

 

Preventative maintenance provides 3 main outcomes:

 

  1. Ensures your equipment is operating safely to protect your staff and members of the public.
  2. Find problems before they cause inconvenience, loss of security and costly temporary physical security measures.
  3. To ensure your automatic system is operating as per manufacturers recommendations.

Putting you equipment on a planned maintenance agreement with O'Briens Automatic Systems means you don't have worry about a thing.

The service will be carried in the months outlined in the service agreement and a report will be provided once works are complete.

A written quotation will be provided for any repairs that may be required.
