01st August 2011: CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP As you may be aware, O’Briens Automatic Systems Pty Ltd after 36 years trading with Dan O’Brien at the helm has agreed to sell its business to Besam Australia Pty Ltd.  Settlement of the sale has taken place on 01^st August 2011. 

We would like to extend a big thank you to both our customers and suppliers for your support and assistance during the years and assure you that it is business as usual with a few new benefits. 

What stays the same? 

·         We will still trade as “O’Briens Automatic Systems”

·         All Staff and Management at O’Briens Automatic Systems will remain the same. 

·         All of our contact details remain the same 

What will be changing? 

·         The  ABN will change to Besam Australia’s Pty Ltd

·         We will now have an increased product range with access to the full range of Besam Australia products and all the support that entails.
