The Kaba FDC automatic swing door enhances the user comfort of a traditional, manually-operated door and permits the automation of new or existing doors of a broad range in size and weight.
The swing door drive unit supports functions such as controlled access and fire safety and its modern and attractive design allows for individual colour options, translucent door elements and the individual customisation of doors. The simple lines and all stainless steel construction of the smooth and almost silent-running drive mechanism are designed to meet all types of planning specifications and site requirements.
Kaba FDC-B is a two hour fire rated system, tested and certified in Australia.
For large heavy duty commercial installations Kaba provides the perfect answer with the robust F4 swing door operator.
Kaba FDC Swing Door Operator - Swiss Engineered: Slimline and Attractive swing door drive unit with all stainless steel cover, body frame and arm. Physical measurements: 530mm long x 100mm high x 110mm deep. Suitable for swing doors up to 2.5m H x 1.4m W and up to 300Kg door leaves (dependant on weight to size ratio). One drive unit suits all applications: Transom mount - Door mount - Push or Pull Low energy consumption with electronic opening and closing. Closing is controlled by electronically controlled spring - door closer setting size 2-6 (automatically programmed at installation). Simple connection of all types of compatible activation devices and lock mechanisms. Sensitivity is adjustable, however it is recommended to install safety sweep sensors to doors to prevent "person contact". Also available in FDC-B Model (fire rated to 120 minutes)
